David Beckham, now AC Milan midfielder, is out to stun his former club Manchester United when United visit Milan on Champions League last-16 tie on Tuesday, February 16, 2010. Beckham promised he won't celebrate if he scores against Manchester United.
AC Milan vs Manchester United first leg clash is at San Siro while the second leg on March 10 at Old Trafford. After 394 appearances for Sir Alex Ferguson's club, the midfielder believes it would be inappropriate behaviour should he find the net for the Rossoneri.
Becks remains grateful to the fans who backed him after he was given red card against Argentina in the 1998 World Cup.
"Sometimes emotion can get the better of you when you score but I do not think I would celebrate," Beckham told Inside United magazine. "I respect the supporters and the club. The relationship I have with the fans is still important to me."
